It gives me immense pleasure to launch the official website of the Cooch Behar District police; The Cooch Behar district is spread over a geographical area of more than 3300 sq. kms, and it has a long international border of about 549 kms with Bangladesh and about 80 kms border with the neighboring state of Assam, which makes policing in Cooch Behar district quite challenging. Crime Detected

On 01/04/2024 late night theft in one shop took place in Dewanganj market under Haldibari PS of Cooch Behar District. After the receipt of information Haldibari Police took prompt action and with the help of CCTV footage identified & arrested
